Sorry if this is a noobish question, but I've been thinking of ordering the SS JustGG tube but I'm apprehensive because I don't understand how the serials work. Wanting to play some GG Lego but not sure how the spares work.

You cant really choose a serial. The only GG item where you can ask for a serial is only Proteus

To expand on imeo's answer a bit: The items with serials have new/unique numbers - so they dont match up with existing items (ie. there is only 1 #100 justgg, only 1 #100 ithaka, etc). To be honest I have assembled 3 of my ggts and 2 ithakas just with the spare parts available. Its a great service that Imeo offers - we are not forced to rely on availability of entire items, we ALL get to be GG LEGO men if we want.

PS: @Stan - there will always be only 1 THE ORIGINAL GG LEGO MAN and thats you buddy
