I purchased my Buzz Pro from NotCigs.com and seti it up with 2 16340 batteries. I have been using it for several days now. I am working on a large video review of all my latest stuff and what-not. In the interim, I wanted to throw out my feelings about this new device I am enjoying.

PRO'S

* Very nice appearance. I got a metallic purple finish with chrome caps. I don't know why, but I didn't have any purple mods yet so... They have a TON of colors.
* Has a lot of connector options. I am currently waiting on them to restock 510 caps, as I am using an 801 with a 510 adapter. You can get 901, 801, 808, 510, etc.
* The thumb wheel is positioned next to the switch and it is easy to adjust your voltage on the fly. (wish they had a small 2 or 3 digit lcd voltage display)
* The cap threads are very clean and accurate and they go on and off without a single catch or squeak.
* The mod is much smaller than I was expecting. It is not small, but it is far from large either. It is a great size for a device with so much power AND a V.V. option.
* I love the connector cap design, as it has an integrated reservoir catch cup.
* The texture of the tube is not knurled at all anymore, but it is not slippery either. It is smooth, but I think it is bead blasted or something.
* With easily adjusted v.v. and good batteries, I am getting 6 hours of VERY heavy vaping between charges, more when I put it down now and then. :)
* They come with laser etched text. I thought I paid for some writing on mine but there is none, so I must have screwed something up in my order but I don't know what. My order says $30 for laser etching but there is no etching so I may have to look into that. I did pester them with my impatience for my Buzz because they were back ordered on their pcb's. Maybe they just slapped it in the mail as fast as they could and forgot my etching. Not the end of the world. LOL

CON'S

* There is an LED setup that alerts you to ON or OFF, FIRING and that sort of thing, but the LED's are INSIDE the tube and personally, I can only see them if I hit the switch while looking at it from the side. I wish they had put the LED in a more exposed area.
* I wish the switch was a bit heavier duty or recessed more to avoid misfiring. There is a notch on the side of the tube where the very small switch button is located.
* You can turn off the device by turning the bottom cap a little bit, but I would have preferred a simple off switch.

OVERALL

A really well designed, attractive and functional V.V. MOD. I would recommend them to people who want a good variable voltage device. I still have not found my perfect v.v.p.v. though. This one is the closest so far though. Those who own them will testify that they are a great device and worth the higher price tag. You will be dealing with nice and patient people. Most importantly, you will not regret the purchase.

I can't wait to throw a Scubatgenv3 on this thing now! Gotta sit down and build it first... (*sigh*)

Nice review :)

I kinda agree on the LED. I liked the LED on the old Buzz (although I always pushed it thinking it was the button.....)

Havent had much issue with the switch but a "little" deeper wouldnt hurt. It "looks" like it would have been possible from looking inside.

Definitely email mike about your etching. If its on your invoice they will make it right.
