My New JoyeTech eVic!

Hi everyone,

I am new to the forum and thought I would say hi and share my experience with my new JoyeTech eVic.

My setup is as follows:

* JoyeTech eVic in black
* 2 - Panasonic 18650/3400 Mah batteries
* Tenergy 18650/14500 battery charger (Tried my TrustFire TR-001. But, it didn't handle the 3400Mah batteries correctly)
* J-tank using 3.0 Ohm 801 fusion cartomizers
* Black Magic Tobacco fluid from ECBlend
* vaping at 6.5 Watts (much higher and I get a burnt taste)

I'm getting a lot of vapor, decent throat hit, and pretty good flavor.

Conclusion: I am really HAPPY with my eVic!

Welcome to ECF! I haven't gotten the chance to play with an evic yet I got a couple in the mail and can't wait. Thanks for the confirmation on the charger, I got the same one when I got my provari and wasn't sure if would handle the 3400mah's

I bought my eVic in late January and love it. It did just stopped working yesterday, it was saying no atomizer detected or atomizer short. I tried about a dozen different carto/atomizer combos, factory reset and upgrading and downgrading firmware, but it was a no go. It was weird, if I put on a 510/ego adapter it would sometimes fire if the atomizer/carto was on loose.

I purchased another one and it should be here on Saturday. The company I bought the first one from is going to take a look at it and more than likely replace it. It will be awesome 2 have 2 eVics!

I am new to the Joyetech Evic and have a Smok Dual Coil Tanks (1.5 ohm) for the atmoizer. Any tips on what voltage or if I should have it on vv, vw, vww or what? Can someone teach me a thing or to on it? I been hearing nothing but good reviews on this, but i been putt it on the lowest voltage and it still burns my vape. You know that tase? I primed the cartomizer and filled it up. Have tried several settings, but I am having no luck. Please please pleaseeeeee help me. Thank You.

that error means the wires from the connecter to the circuit board are either disconnected or don'T have a good connection

Since you've tried the eVIC on its lowest setting I'm not sure what to tell you. You might try a different fluid. Perhaps try just dripping into a single coil, 3 ohm standard 510 atomizer.

I did man. 3 different brands. Vapriot,Flavorz by Joe, and Hanseng e-liquid.... and still comes out with a burnt taste... am i doing something wrong with the setup? sorry for all the questions. I know it gets annoying.


This 900battery I have from ecig with cheap atomizer gives full flavor. There has to be something I am diong something wrong.....

Not be annoying ya, but I don't much smoke and it doesn't have the full flavor like my other atomizer. I want to keep this too. Cause I know I am doing something wrong here...there has to be.....cause I wanna say the same reviews about it along with you guys. Because even at 5.2v I get the burnt taste .... i dripped it quite a few times too...

Just tried numerous vaporizers and they work perfect on it and put out a lot of vape! I think it is the dual coil tank I got you think?

I just got my evic yesterday and I'm lovin it, especially with the iClear 30 dual coil. You should give one of those a try too.

Where did you get the iClear 30 dual coil, because I think the one I have is not working correctly. I always get a burnt taste... Amd what sucks I spent 10 bucks on it.
