So, i've had my kayfun lite for two weeks now. I love it. Ordered direct from russia, recieved it in 2.5 weeks. I received it with what looks to be a cracked tank piece, so ive been using it in ss mode. How does anybody check their juice levels without causing a massive siphon leak out of the airhole? any time i break the seal, even with the airhole plugged, i get a ton of juice pouring out. any tips?
Aside from the occasional leak due to user error, this thing is remarkably portable. Filled it up and took the dog for a jog- not a single drip. i even wrapped it in a paper towel in my pocket just in case. if anything, it vaped better after all of that shaking. I did, however, overfill it earlier, i think. again, in ss mode, it is very difficult to know how full it is. ill likely start using a syringe from now on. anyhow, overfill kept it from wicking, and i burned the best wick i've ever had since i started rebuilding. super bummed about that. not only did it ruin the wick, but the whole tank of juice is contaminated now too. mega bummer.
I run 28g 1/16" microcoils in all my rebuildables, with cotton wicks. ive found that cotton wicks are tempermental in that if you roll them or squish them, they dont work as well as they can. With a proper wick i can vape it nearly dry before the cotton burns.
Anyhow, was wondering if anybody has some tips, tricks, or warnings for me. I'm figuring it out as I go, but it has been relatively trouble free since day one. I couldn't be happier! I've never had a delivery device work so well. even my drippers would leak in my pocket if the cotton wicks were too dense- they just hold on to too much liquid so you cant vape them dry enough for transport. This thing kicks booty!
