Looking for opinions. I was using a kraft style label before but i recently started using a waterproof label. I normally use 60ml bottles which this label is perfect for but I'm also using it on my 30mL bottles as seen in pic.

The blank box is by purpose. I use a non-permanent marker to write in my juice names. Won't rub off unless water is used.

I lived my first 23 years on earth in Amish country so that is why I use this name.

I use a Brother P-Touch to make Bottle Labels. As well as Labels for all kinds of things. Works Great.

And if you your P-Touch is PC Connectable, you can print Simple Graphics and use Windows Fonts. The Downside of it thought is you are Limited to the Tape Width. And what you print is Mono-Chrome.

I have Printed some Very Cool Labels using an Inkjet Printer on Peel Off Stickers. But that is kinda a Catch-22.

Because Dye Inks look Great on Glossy Paper. But Dye Inks are Not Waterproof. Whereas Pigment Inks, if you Inkjet supports them, are pretty much Waterproof. But Pigment Ink don't print all that well on Glossy Surfaces. And if you use a "Paper" type Sticker with Pigment Ink, now the Ink is good but the Sticker Isn't Waterproof.

Thanks everyone. Yeah I use painters tape on my bottles when mixing new recipes. If they are good then I make proper labels. I've been using kraft labels which is a paper stock and when they get wet they look terrible so I finally decided to use water proof labels. So far these are working out great. I use staedtler universal lumocolor non permanent markers to write my juice names on them. These markers are great.

@DaveP :

Really liking my QL-700! The labels really stick, so much so I find it a bit difficult to remove to change dates or data. So I put 2 labels on each bottle, leaving the main label and just changing or placing a new "detail" label when doing a new mix. Saves a bit on amount of label stock as well. Labeler has come in handy for a number of other uses as well! Pic shows 30ml and 120ml bottles:

Looks like you have done some label creation. I haven't spent much time with pic art on mine. In fact, I've gotten lazy and reverted back to the hand held Brother labeler lately.

I need to create some clip art to include in mine. :)

It is quite easy. Actually, I paused a movie (Scanners) on TV, took a pic of the paused screen with my phone, then saved it on my computer. In the editor, select "image" then "from file" to access all your pictures. Easy to click/drag the "image box" to resize. It shows up in color on the editor label, but obviously prints in grey scale.

I'll have to get creative and try to whip up some labels that pop. Lately, I've been grabbing the small Ptouch and just doing simple labels with flavor, nic %, and date.

Those look better than 90% of the labels on Retail juices I've bought since 2014! Maybe one or two companies I've used can compete with your labels. I'm inspired!
I also use Avery labels for my DIY ... worked in the Graphic Arts and Printing Industry for many years.
