i respectfully submit this thread to the Dan Quayle Memorial Fund.

Speech to the United Negro College Fund (9 May 1989), mangling the Fund's slogan "A mind is a terrible thing to waste."

I believe that was their slogan, odd as it was. You say "potatoe", I say "I like turtles."

PS. Keep in mind that I have some antibacterial stuff stuffed up my nostrils for the next 5 days so I'm using "I have a pharmacological substance stuffed in both nostrils" defense.
