This is my 3rd NicoStick. The first one was a simple 2AA battery box w/switch, one 14500 3.7v 900mA battery and I added a red LED to light up when I vaped. My second one was a 3AA battery box w/switch, two 14500 3.7v 900mA batteries with 5v regulator and green LED. These have worked perfectly for me, but because modding is so much fun, I had to make another one, with a twist.
Unless I'm outside in daylight or in a well lighted area, I cannot see well enough when I pull my cart off my 510 atty and attempt to refill it, just not enough light. I find myself turning towards a light, especially at the casino when it's very difficult for me to see just what I'm doing. So I wanted to build another 3.7v NicoStick, but add one more white LED with an additional button to light it up so that I could see what I'm doing anywhere while refilling my carts. It's just a simple NicoStick with optional light. As you can see in the pics below, I simply hold the NS and cart in my left hand while pushing the tactile button for the white LED and able to use my dropper in my right.
It just makes refilling much easier.
