I've tried and call their phone number is on Facebook, but no answer.

Maybe there is a time difference between where you are and where they are so their business hours they could be closed. Figure out the time difference and call when it's business hours.....:)

Their site (if it's the Canadian site) says "We're renovating" something to the effect of Be back soon.

No products are showing up. There's a terms and conditions link though.
And the domain is still registered:

Again, that's assuming the Canadian site.

Yeah, that's why I put that there about other "stuff."
What must be happening for a company to close their website for "maintenance," for an undetermined/unannounced amount of time...when your customers order the product from the website.

But days later, and no explanation? Somethings rotten in Denmark. Or Canada. Or UK. Or California.

Yes, there is something rotten about it, and they delete people's comments on their FB page responses from people who are dissatisfied with they have not received their product.
I have ordered from the UK but they ship the item from Germany.

They also wrote on their facebook page they were back online between Christmas and New Year, but still closed.

I've sent them a mail yesterday about when they'll go online again. about 3 hours later I got a reply

I ordered a few times with them, got all my stuff (they ship either from ger or eng, depending on where you live), BUT don't be surprised if 2 weeks, or more, pass between your initital order and the shipping notice, without any messages (or replies to your inquiries) about it coming your way in the meantime. They'll take their jolly time fulfilling your order, and they don't care what you think about it. It is what it is.

The only reason why I, or probably anyone, puts up with that, is (A) the unbeatable prices and (B) the fact that inner-european packages won't be controlled by customs.

If you have alternativere sources, share them freely.

They might close for the holidays. Or they might be going thru other "stuff." When you first posted this, I checked their site, and it wasn't functional at all. Just checked again, and it's still not.
There is a post on their FB page which explains that they're doing some housekeeping..I think.

EDIT: Correction I just looked and I can't find it but I definitely saw it somewhere!!
