Hello fellow vapers,

I am a 31 year old I.T. worker from Detroit, Michigan. I was a two-packs-a-day analog smoker until July 12th, 2012, when I bought my first e-cig, a disposable. I had decided that morning that I was sick of smoking and wanted to do something about it. I have been exclusively using e-cigs since.

I loved the way that first disposable tasted and the fact that I could get my nicotine craving without coughing and stinking like an ashtray. The best part was that I was no longer risking my health so haphazardly.

I moved to Blu's, then V2 (yuck!), then Johnson's Creek and Juicy Vapor juice in Bloog Cartomizers, CE3 and CE4s.

Now, I'm loving my KGO VV with the Vivi Nova V3, while trying out the Kanger T2s with both original and aluminum drip tips and the Smoktech dual coil cartomizer and tank kit. I also bought what was supposed to be a Phoenix rebuildable atomizer clone and turned out to actually be a bully Ego T Tank rebuildable atomizer. I bought some more Johnson's Creek and Juicy Vapor and I just got some Rawr vapor and Mt Baker juice.

Eventually, I might review some or all of this, but I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I've been stalking the forums for a few weeks, it's about time I created an account and introduced myself. This forum is a great community and the single best informational source for us vapers.

My next step is to try a variable wattage device. I want to try the new Smoktech ZMax or maybe a Silver Bullet with a Kick.

Thanks, everyone and happy vaping!:2cool:

Congratulations! Sounds like you're well ahead in the death to stinkies game! Good for you and nice to "see" you! As you can experience for yourself now we all know where you live, and posts like Kebonk's, temptations to empty your wallet will fly fast and furiously

It never ends, does it? My wallet has been decimated lately. I have this obsession with trying all of these gadgets, gizmos and juices. I can't stop until I'm broke. Remember when you thought this was going to save you money? I have enough juice to last me 4 months but I'm still buying more like it's going to dry up.

Been there lol. Welcome to ECF. You have found the worlds most authoritative place for all things vaping related. Many have used the thought of saving money as a motivation to try vaping . Whether you feel you are or will be spending a lot on this activity, the real question is : How much is your ability to breathe worth to you?

Welcome. My second PV battery was a Provari. Expensive but I love it. If your looking for Ideas? I am a former IT person. Was a Net. Eng. My only trip to Detroit was in the 80's and I worked most of it. Got to go through the dripping tunnel into Windsor. Very creepy.
Did not get to see much and I my Hotel was not in a good spot. Looked like it was a victim of Devil nights. Wish I could have seen more and not the depressed area I was staying and The Hospital I was working at. Go Tigers. I proudly wear a Detroit Tiger cap. Follow the team only sparingly. Got a ribbing for it here lately. WISH I HAD GOTTEN TO A GAME. LOL.

My introduction to vaping reminds me of when I discovered craft beer. It's a whole new world of interesting flavors and culture. At first I went a little bit overboard with trying to sample all the brews out there, but eventually settled down and now once a week I'll go to the beer store and buy a couple. I figure I'll spend a bunch of money now, but after a while I'll have all the PVs I need and just work off of my stockpile of eliquids here.

My breathing and circulation are much better now that I've stopped smoking, and I don't have to worry about setting my house on fire anymore!
