On the off chance that I place a small order (less that $20) I don't use ecigexpress, but normally my orders are over $20

Althought I have an open ticket regarding their use of plastic bottles, everything I have purchased has arrived promptly and of a quality I will never complain about.

They are my one and only... I placed an order over the weekend and noticed an item on my email invoice that I did not recognize. I opened a ticket and asked that the item be replaced with something else. Josh made the correction and got my order out all in the same morning! Huge thanks to Josh for 5 star service!
