Now I don't mean to complain about the Atomic juice (from TastyVapor)
I Love it, been vaping for the first time and it is da bomb!!!

Now the only problem is I currently have only 1 atty (the other one just died after 2 weeks) and I vaped the atomic first and like I said I love it. After that I used a new cart with the Tobacco liquid, now all I get is the atomic flavor from the atty, even though the cart is new. I don't want to clean the atty since I only have 1 atty till my spare arrives (haven't ordered yet, but going to ASAP) and I believe I killed the other atty by "over cleaning" it (newbie).

My question is can anyone suggest a way to get the flavor out so that I can try my tobacco juice?

Thanks in advance

TRY THIS

Take an oring out of a V4L cartamizer put on the end of a syringe after you take the needle off so just that oring is on the plastic end on syringe, take your cleaning fluid of choice I would use high proof vodka in this case fill a shot in a shot glass, put oring attatched to syringe and fit it in your 510 stick in shot glass, and pull the vodka through the 510 and then push the vodka back out, repeat repeat repeat 6-7 times, let Atty dry or take a hair dryer on low and dry for a bit let it sit, prime with new fluid of choice, vape vape vape, your good to go man

Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately I don't have a V4L cartamizer.

Always, always, always have back up atty's!

It's going to take quite a while to get that fireball taste out. I have one atty designated for just that flavor and one that I mistakenly dripped 3 drops into that I've been trying to work that flavor out of for about 2 weeks now on and off.

Did I mention to always have back up atty's on hand?

Yep, and have atty's for your "strong" flavors.

I use a separate atty for the nHaler lung juices since they impart a unique flavor, and the cinnamon flavors are the same way - they take over an atty. Takes a lot of work to get it out.

A 24 hour soak in Coke may get it out, but since you are down to your last atty order some more and vape the cinnamon until your spare arrives. I would get 2-3 more spares, I keep 3 untouched atty's on hand just in case. If you think about it, 1 atty is about the price of a pack of premium smokes and 3 or so will keep you rolling. Always good to have spares.

Try just getting some plain VG and drip vaping it without a cart for a while. It has no real flavor of its own and you will be able to taste as the flavor leaves your atty. Just drip, puff, puff, drip until you are not tasting anything any more!! You may want to blow the atty out after every 3 or 4 drips to help get rid of the flavor but it's safe for your atty. Keep the atty warm to help get all the juice out of the mesh but not too hot that you start to taste burnt juice. When you can't taste anything your good to go.

Maybe we should make sure your other atomizer really is dead.

Has it not worked at all since you cleaned it?
How did you clean it?
How long did you let it dry?
Have you tried it again since then?

I cannot say it is completely dead, as I hear the sizzling sound when its on. I use to clean it with only hot water, dry burning it or letting it dry over the night. It somehow is not producing enough vapor even if the juice is VG.

Hmmmmm. Well, I know hot water isn't going to hurt your atomizer, and if you let it dry at least overnight that should be enough. I let mine dry at least 24 hours though, so if you haven't tried it again you might give it a shot.

Sounds like you have cleaned it before without issue, so I suppose it probably wasn't the cleaning. If you are going to give up on it, might want to try one of the atomizer resurrection methods, like either a high voltage dry burn, or the method below...

Does the mouthpiece taste of AC as well? You can scrub that, even using dish liquid (and put in new filler.)

For the atomizer, a lot of blowing. Take the tissue or towel you are blowing onto, roll it up and slip it in to mop off any AC on the walls. Repeat. Repeat. Cross fingers.
Thanks, will try that.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. I figured I'd go ahead and order some attys without fighting with the one I have.

Just ordered a set of 5 for 6.77 a piece from Innovapor. Hope they come soon since I don't think 'd be able to use the fireball as my all day vape, as it is too strong (even though I like it a lot).

vapour king, how long ago did you get your fireball liquid?? when i first got it i thought to myself, how could anyone vape this ALLL DAY?? and after about a week the flavors all settled, and it's really just a nice fireball flavor now. But i digress, Yea, def get more attys, cheapest i've seen them for a 510 is kingpincigs.com - 7.99 each but if u buy 5+ u get them all for 6.99.
