    Hello again everyone!
So, I have a topic that I'd like to know a bit more about. First, for the sake of clarity, I'll list my setup. I currently use an Aspire nautilus 5ml tank with a 1.8ohm atomizer, on an iTaste MVP 2.0, with 95% VG 5% PG "High Caliber" 24mg E-juice. I love making clouds, especially with a Nautilus. So I know the difference between lung hits and mouth hits, and mouth hits are okay in vapor production, while lung hits certainly produce more, however, not the plumes of vapor that I see so many others do and also give a massive throat hit.

So I go back to mouth-hits, and the only way for me to make actual vapor plumes, is with a technique I like to call a multi-mouth hit. I'm positive that I'm not the person who invented this. What I do is take a mouth hit, just how I would with an analog, then inhale, but only a little bit. Then take another mouth hit, inhale a little bit, another mouth hit, wash rinse repeat.

My record is 6 hits in one inhale, and it produces a ton of vapor. So, now a couple questions for you all.
    1. Why won't my lung hits produce high amounts of vapor, while so many others can?
    2. Does anyone else use that technique that I described up there? The "Multi-Mouth Hit."

    Thank you everyone!

First off, your MVP maxes out at 11 watts. That's going to be a big restriction as far as clouds go.

Secondly, you're using a Nautilus... While it's probably your best bet in the world of non-rebuildables, you won't get those huge clouds of vapor you see others getting until you start rebuilding. Even my genesis atomizer set at the same resistance/wattage is going to put out more vapor than the Nautilus. Compare that to a sub-ohm dripper on a mech or DNA30/other high wattage regulated device and there's no comparison.

And lastly... More airflow = more vapor. Instead of trying to suck all the air through the driptip when you're doing lung hits, I've found I get a 'lil better vapor if I draw some air from both sides as well (as in not coming from the atty, just the air around the drip tip). They also make drip tips that do basically this, where the drip tip itself has hole(s) in the side to mix fresh air in with the vapor as you draw.

I read somewhere that the MVP performs the best around 1.5 ohms. At least with an RDA. Im still waiting on mine so i haven't had a chance to tinker yet. But you can try that

Thanks to both of you for your input. I am going to be dropping down on my nicotine levels for my Nautilus. Also, I do own a Nimbus RDA that I literally just built up with a 1.35ohm micro coil, and that's chucking clouds with 50/50 0mg nicotine liquid, even just at 11w. The MVP does have that limit, so I will probably go and purchase a few 18650s and a 510 connector to build a mech mod (I'm an electronics junkie, so I have everything else to build a mech mod. IE a momentary power button, proper 510 wire, an LED, etc).

Lastly, I am aware of the importance of airflow. My Nimbus has two 4mm holes drilled out in it, and I also did try that drip-tip technique on my Nautilus, and it's actually producing clouds now and I couldn't be happier. Granted, they are clouds of second-hand 24mg vapor, so I definitely have to be aware of pets and other people in the same room as myself.

So, I'm fogging up my office room with my RDA and my Nautilus, so I'm ecstatic. Thank you so much for your help, Mailable and Diss. But I'm still very curious if anyone else has used that "Multi-Mouth Hit" technique I was describing. If not, try it out on any tank/clearomizer/cartomizer and tell me what you think!
