I placed an order late Sun./early Mon. and never got a confirmation, although the amount was already charged to my bank account... I normally print out the order page, but it was late and either I forgot to do it, or misplaced it somewhere (it figures... ha!!)
So I turned in a service ticket late Monday night (#920007) and got a reply this morning (Tues.) from someone calling themselves Tyler E, saying that "for some reason the account info was not present in [y]our system" and that he had created an account for me, but I had to go in and put in all of my info back again, and that my order should be linked up...
Well, I did all that and still no order, so I replied back saying that I was in my account and had done what was asked of me but the order STILL wasn't there, to which he replied "Thanks!!" and that was the end of our communication!!
After about 8 hrs. of not hearing anything back from them, I sent another response asking what was going on, but with the 3 hr, time diff. I don't expect to hear anything back until tomorrow (Wed.).
This is my first time ordering from them, and for a company who claims to ship the next day, I would at LEAST expect some sort of confirmation in less than 48 hrs.!! Maybe I'll get a faster reply by posting it here...
