Heaven-Gifts problem with order?

Hi all. Has anybody had problems getting confirmation e-mails and shipping notices from Heaven-Gifts?

I placed an order with them on 1/19/10, did not receive a confirmation e-mail nor a shipping e-mail.

Paypal shows my account was debited, but does not show shipping info.

Of course, I didn't register, just ordered as guest - don't even know what I ordered exactly now (i do know that I ordered some DSE 901 batteries, a 901/510 adapter and other stuff - but don't recall the details). Normally when I pay via paypal it takes me back to the suppliers website, which then shows I paid and a confirmation of my order, but this time when it took me back to the suppliers website, it just said order complete - nothing more.

I just e-mailed them, but noticed on their site that it's Saturday there, so I probably won't hear anything until monday.

Should I be concerned?

I pulled up my last order and I did not receive a confirmation from Heavens Gift, only the confirmation email from PayPal. I had to go to HG website and pull up my account to get the Waybill # to track the shipment with.

I have never had a problem with my orders from Heavens Gift and they are very responsive to questions you have. They're good people to deal with.

Thank you, that makes me feel better... Hopefully I'll hear back from them Monday. Wish I had registered now. Oh well, I'll know better next time.

Never once have I had any problems with them. Try registering now and maybe it will throw your order into the mix or you could then e-mail them and they will move it to your new account! Good Luck.

Just tried registering and it shows no orders... didn't hurt to try though. I'll take your suggestion of e-mailing them again and see if they can move it to the new account.

that is because you registered after ordering.. the sytem doesn't link the two together.. I would worry about it.. I have always gottem my orders.. keep in ind it takes awhile though because the stuff ahs to travel so far

I have not ordered from them in the last 9 month but if you did''t registered how they are goona know where to send you your info, you sholud have an email answer by tuesday and your pack by saturday, remember that you have to sign for it if not body is present at the time of delivery you wll have to go to the post office

Heaven Gifts is one of my primary suppliers. They are super efficient, always dspatch an email receipt and provide an EMS shipping tracking number as soon as my order is shipped. I cannot fault their system in any way. If you think there is a problem with your order, contact Wayne via email.

Great vendor, order ahead cuz of wait time and I always wait til I have a larger order to justify shipping...prices more than make up for it...always had great customer service...

My first order with them was as a guest. When I decided to order again I registered, sent them an email and they added the first order points to my account. I don't think I will ever rack up enough points for a discount, but you never know? So far three total orders, good communication and timely shipping considering the distance.

I log in and the same battery is $8.50. I've also received discounts for repeat purchases of the same item. I buy almost all my attys from Heaven Gifts. I've only had one item go astray and take 30 days to get to me. The rest have been at my door within 7 to 10 days.

Just curious, how much is postage from HG? Are things getting delayed in customs?

I just read yesterday that only about 1% of the orders get inspected by customs. I am sorry I honestly cannot remember exactly which site it was...Heaven Gifts,Health Cabin,Sailego...one of those
But it is Chinese New Year so you can definately expect a couple week delay on top of the normal shipping time.

From the Heaven Gift website:
Generally the average shipping cost to US, CA and west Europe per order is 15$~25$. It's more economical to ship multiple items in one package as EMS express charges for each 500g. The shipping rate may vary in different period. You may test an order without paying to check the shipping cost.
Every package is limited to no more than 30kg. If the total weight of what you ordered exceeds 30kg, the EMS shipping fee for your order will be automatically set to USD999. In such circumstance, please divide your wanted items into several orders and check out separately.


Not only have I never had a problem with them but I was very impressed with how fast my order got here. And they do have excellenct customer service and email response. Except at New Year's

My shipments have always been here within 10 days. I tracked it a couple days ago and it said 2010/2/13 USCUSTOMS ORLND or something like that, 12:40am. Then the next one was 2010/2/13 Shanghai 12:47am Despatch from sorting center. That's asz backwards. I never had a problem before. But I'm getting nervous now. It's a $600 order and I ordered it 10 days ago. SHould I be worried or is it because of the holiday?
