My order isn't moving...

It shows shipped on 6-6, but no activity in the tracking since..? Is it lost? order #6819

I ordered on 6/16 and I received the order on 6/29 so it only took 13 days. I would think you should have received your order by now. I used EMS shipping.....is that what you used too?

I used standard air mail I think, what I always use & it always shows by now...it has never not shown movement..

Using EMS will get your order shipped alot faster than using China Registered Air Mail. Although EMS costs quite a bit more. I live in CA and I have gotten orders shipped by EMS within 5 days, 10 days max. China Reg. Air Mail usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.

We know this, but the shipping price outweighs the discount & I'm better off getting my cartos locally. Point is, I'm not getting replies & I planned with plenty of time for reg air mail shipping. If I could at least see any kind of update via usps as to where this was, I wouldn't be worried.

If you used China Registered Air Mail (which I think is the only alternative to EMS) you should have gotten a tracking # the you can use at the USPS tracking site or the China Mail site. They've always been accurate with my orders although sometimes hard to understand exactly where your package is. I just saw yesterday that Greenhouse one is guaranteeing packages even if they get seized by customs (don't know the exactly all the details). Anyway good luck with your package.

This is my point, the tracking number shows date mailed, but no movement since.

Fist off, his Grandmother has fallen ill.... asian family = tight family. And second, he's Canadian and we've just started into our Canada Day long weekend following a long Canadian postal strike (that's bound to have backlogged him like crazy with shipments in limbo to the Canadian clientel).

Tim will take care of you, he always does. I realize how frustrating it is not to at least recieve a response, but hopefully you'll be addressed shortly.

Hi guys,

Airmail can also be quite fustrating sometimes as tracking is not as comprehensive as EMS, it only updates when the package is shipped and arrives in the states. It does not update when it leaves China.

Looked at both order numbers. Nothing looks unusual to me. Airmail shipping times can vary quite a bit taking from only 15 days - 40 days. These two packages have been shipped under 30 days ago so I would not worry too much. We have only had 1 customs issue in the US out of ALL the orders we ship there and the package was returned to us so I would really not worry. Regardless, I will forward this information over to our shipping company to have them take a look.

My apologies if I haven't replied to your email, I am currently in Canada and have a pretty hectic schedule as well as ALOT of emails so it takes me at least 24 hours to reply.

meems...sit tight even though I know it's hard to do. I've ordered from Tim quite a few times and always go my goods. One package to me 5 weeks to get and another only took 2...both were china air mail.

I too can vouch for Tim. My very first order was shipped with EMS and it was denied. 2 long months later (because it sat in customs for a month while they waited to return it, another couple of weeks for Tim's supplier to receive it back, then a couple of weeks for my order to be reshipped). But as you stated, since you're in the US you won't get your order seized.

My second and third order was shipped with China air mail and both took two weeks to reach me. Maybe I've just been lucky with the speed of air mail on these last two shipments, but even if it does take a while longer its worth it with the money you save.

Once it is turned over to the delivery service, it is out of GH!'s hands. I am awaiting a package for which I paid extra for the EMS.

After the shipping notice, I kept checking using the tracking system. It kept moving from one location to another in the HK area at a steady pace, but nothing has happened since it left the sorting center at GUANGZHOU which was on the 5th. I can only assume that it is in transit somewhere.

With that said i just received my order from GH1 today, i used EMS. It took approx 9 days. So my 1st experence with overseas was a good one.

Made it today..WEEE! This is like my 4th order, it never took that long, thats the only reason it surprised me.
