Where's my order and why are my e-mail's being ignored?

G'day everyone,

This is mainly aimed at Tim, in the hope that I'll get response.

I ordered on the 17th and my order was apparently shipped on the 22nd.

I've received nothing and have been unable to make contact with GHO.

Hi Couchseeker,

A full refund of $14.67 was issued for this order on November 25th as it was returned to us from Chinese customs and we were unable to resend it with Airmail.

We sent an email to your gmail regarding this order, this is what it said:

Hello Amanda,

I am emailing you regarding the order you placed with us. The order was sent back to us because it was denied by Chinese Airport Security for having eliquids. I have issued you a full refund for the order and do apologize for the inconvenience. Orders leaving China at the moment are scrutinized heavily and ones containing liquids or batteries are being returned to the sender.

We are recommending customers use EMS for orders containing eliquids and batteries as that seems to be the safest option at the moment. Again I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to let me know.
