My order isn't moving...

Figured I'd post here instead of starting up a new thread.

My order (7215) has been "processing" for a week now - should I be concerned? On top of the 2-3 week shipping delay it seems like it'll take a month for me to get my order I have people waiting impatiently for their 510-T kits so they can finally switch to vaping.

i'm dubious as to whether they actually ship within 24 hours or if they simply reserve a tracking number and email it to you after that time.

with most other chinese stores they take a week or so to process my order, but once it's left the store it rarely takes longer than a week to arrive at my house. if what gh1 tells us is true that they ship within 24 hours then for some reason their parcels are being neglected by CP for a long time before they ship them.

my last order from Jul 26th is still sat in CP depot, which means if they really shipped on 26th then it's been sat there for well over a week. that's unheard of for me at this time of year.

All of our orders are shipped well within 24 hours, those made before 5PM China time are shipped on the same day. What method of shipment are you ordering with? Ems will arrive in the UK within a week, Airmail can take between 15 days - 30 days to the UK and do not update when they leave China, only when they reach the destination country.

Hi Tim,

I'm talking about standard ChinaPost shipping. It's not a complaint as such, just an observation that standard ChinaPost parcels from you guys take more than twice as long to arrive in the UK as standard ChinaPost parcels from every other Chinese store I've ever used. I've never had a parcel take longer than 10 days to arrive here in the UK, but as you said above, they seem to take around 20-25 days from you guys.

Hi Mammoth,

Airmail is quite hit in miss in terms of delivery speed and we have no control over that. Some of our Airmail packages to the US take 7 days and some take 30 days. If a client is in a rush to receive a package, we 100% recommend EMS over Airmail.
