Guys, could you check the status of order #41313??? I am sorry to write here, but I sent you 2 emails and contacted you via Contact Us link on the site, and received no reply, I don't know how else to contact you.
The order was placed on 1/5/2012, I paid with e-check #139, it cleared on 1/12/2012.
But my order is still not shipped, and total silence.
Please look into it, thanks!

all of our emails are working, we get contact us emails regularly. some folks, when we reply their host treats it as spam and bounces it back. some folks get it stuffed in their spam box and don't see it. quite a few reasons why someone would not see a reply from us.
But, we also have phone numbers you can call and they are listed right on the site, or even right here in ecf. Did you try calling to talk to a human? Can't be treated like spam there :)
I will have techsupport make sure they contact you but truthfully if all else fails our phones are readily available and we answer them all the time :)
