My Pets Like Vaping, Too

If one of my cats was on my lap or near me when I lit up an analog, they would jump down and find somewhere else to nap, but not with vaping. They are perfectly happy to stay put now. And when I pick my eGo up, my dog comes over and sits by my feet the same way he does when I have food he thinks I'll share.

I was always careful not to leave analogs around where pets could get them and I never had a problem, but I'll be sure to be even more careful with my juice since it smells a thousand times better and could be a temptation.

If I was worried that there was any residual bad smell from vaping, I'm not anymore. My pets have spoken and I trust their noses. What does it tell you that they find cigarette butts offensive, but take every opportunity to stick their noses in each others' actual butts?

too funny. we didnt smoke in the house but i vape in the house. my dog is definitely curious about and doesnt shy away when im vaping!

I have found this to be true, back in march i was invited to stay at my locale crossbar hotel for about a week. My wife had to use my pv so my pitbull son would calm down the vapor reminded him of his daddy lol..

We have 4 dogs and one (our little 5 lb Shih Tzu named Diva in my avatar) would never sit on my lap when I was a smoker. Now she follows me everywhere I go and barks up at me to be picked up when I am on the computer.I just always thought she liked my husband and my 7 yr old daughter the most. Now she likes to snuggle with me just as much as them.

I think that alone speaks volumes about smoking.

I always felt horribly guilty about exposing my pets to secondhand smoke, esp. the smaller ones, like reptiles, who can't just wander into another room when they don't like a particular odor, and they really can't be exposed to smoke for health reasons. It's so nice to not have to segregate them off in a different part of the house, squirreled away in a lonely cage whenever I need a fix- I can vape away with a bearded dragon lounging happily in my lap, and the cats don't crinkle their furry little faces up in disgust at me quite as often, either. Except when they want in my lap and there's already a lizard there.
