My plastic tube keeps falling off

I use the vision CE4's rebuildable clearomizer. and every stinkin time after about a week, the plastic tube thing just falls right off. Its aggravating to say the least. I don't use citrus or cinnamon type juice and I use 10%PG 90VG. I just recently had the brilliant idea of super gluing it back on but they still leak. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Marine grade shrink tubing is best, but regular shrink tubing works nearly as well. Slip a short piece over the clearomizer, carefully heat with a lighter (not close enough to melt the shrink tubing), and there you go.
There's no need to use a long piece that completely covers the clear tube.

You can get a small pack of a variety of sizes of shrink tubing online and at auto supply stores.
