My probems with Evic

I just bought Evic about 1 weeks ago. But I'm having a lot of trouble. For example,
frequent system crashes. Then I upgraded to the latest version (1.4). And I can not turn evic or connect it to my computer.
What should I do? Thank you very much. Sorry about english skill.

Try another usb cable, some have found sometimes the cable makes a different.
