I assume you tried different attachments or cartomizers on it and if you are using LR you started out at 2.9 volts . I did have a problem that I traced to the cartomizer I was using . Provape has good customer service so that shouldn't be a problem . I have 5 provari's and I have never had a problem that didn't turn out to be something other than the provari . Two of them are mini . You might also take the battery out to sort of reboot it and try a different cartomizer that you know is working and has no loose connection or anything in it . If it turns out to be the mini I feel for you it is just good you have a full size backup .

No juice or anything in the innards and the center post looks nice and clean. Provari emailed me back and suggested I do an Isopropyl flush so I will give that a try and see how it goes. If that doesn't cure it then I think they'll have to have a look at it.

Check to see if the centre-post is somehow pushed in a bit, it could cause the postive and negative sections to make contact, and cause an error. Do you use a sealed 510-510 connector on the device between the atty/carto and Provari?

yes I do :) ok will check the center post when I get home. Thanks!

My reason for asking is because those sealed connectors (I use them too) are notorious for pushing the centre-post down on devices causing them to short out. I prefer to first lock down the sealed connector on the device and then attach any atty/carto to it. The key is then not to over-tighten the atty/carto to the sealed connector thus forcing it to push the post down.

In your case, take the sealed connector off the Mini and gently pry up the centre-post on it. Then either switch to a different sealed connector or test out the atty/carto directly on the device. Hopefully the problem goes away.

They advised me to use about 1 oz Isopropyl flush (99% or 91%) and pour it directly into the tube (after removing the battery obviously :D) and swish around and let dry completely. Sometimes the innards get dirty apparently. I don't know if you can use electrical contact cleaner. Anyway, I emailed them and am waiting for a reply. I expect they'll want me to return it or something because now I am getting E1, E5 and E8 errors. I won't attempt the center post push thing. Don't wanna mess with it in case that messes with my warrantly.
