My provari's great but...

So the wait is finally over, the new red and black provari came in today. Had a little issue getting the protanks to fire but after loosening them up that wasn't an issue at all. However two things that are driving me crazy, one there's a random spot where the red is off shade from the rest of the painting... Weird since I didn't get a blemished version. Second and the one I can't get past, there is a hair, a tiny little hair stuck right under my screen. I tried slightly loosening the bolts and blowing in it, but that damn hair won't move. Any suggestions??

Take pictures and send them to Provape. If you didn't get a blem, then the paint should be pristine and no tiny hair or scratch. I would never notice, my eyes being so bad, but if it bothers you, they need to fix it.

Was just trying to avoid having to send it back I can live with the paint, I know that sounds weird but that hair, that hair!!

No pics? Have you tried it out? Perhaps you can contact Provari and tell them the issue you are having and they can tell you your options. You deserve to get what you paid for.

I know Provape has great customer service so Im sure if you contact them and explain the situation, they'll have you send yours in. I would express that you hate waiting for your gear, and I'm sure they'll expedite it back or something, since it was their fault.
