So i have made a few posts previously, but I had made most of them before i had gotten my first"real" pv kit. The first e-cig i had gotten was a pos, and now i can say i truely understand the difference between the two experiences.

I got an ego twist kit in the mail only two days ago but my desire to pick up another analog is pretty much dead at this point. I dont know if they will be my preferred way to vape, but i got 2 ego vision V2 long wick clearomizers( i think some call them "startdusts") and i'm really liking them so far. Easy to fill, no leaking, nice flavor from my juices, i may find something i like more but these are great for now.

I even just found maybe my first all day vape in heathers heavenly vapes " blade runner" juice.

I guess it might sound silly, but I really feel like this could be life changing for me in a variety of ways, after only two days without an analog im already feeling quite different. I think my next pick up for pvs could be an empire, e pipe, or a GG from clouds of vapor (my poor wallet) but for now my twists are great.

I really just wanted to thank the community for steering me in the right direction for picking up some good gear. I think im going to start trying to get involved with CASSA ,but one step at a time. I wish we could get some brick and morter vapes shopes in south florida but thats my only complaint so far.

Again thanks for all the advice thats been given to me by people on these forums, im sure i will ask many more dumb questions in the future. :p

Ask ALL the dumb questions!

But FIRST - do a search. A lot of questions you have about e-cigs or personal vaporizers can be found using the search here, or even through Google - most of those links will lead back here.

Anyway, welcome. Definitely get accustomed to the layout of the forums (HINT: they are HUGE!). You've made a fantastic decision to put down analogs and take up vaping. It's a ridiculously interesting hobby, and it feeds that little $#%er nicotine beast in your head in such a wonderful way. :vapor:

Congratulations on being an ex-smoker with a new hobby and lots of new friends! Repeatedly on here you will read that a vivi mini nova is superior to the Stardust, to which I agree overall, but I like having Stardusts (not the rebuildable ones) around too, because they're inexpensive and I can throw them away. I like strong flavors and don't have time to clean out the mini all the time.

Suggestions about the Stardust: some of them leak, so check the battery contact if you start getting weak vapor. Mine sometimes leaks and sometimes doesn't. I think mine leaks because I'm not very good at filling the tank and a little liquid gets down the center chamber. It usually stops after I wipe it off and reattach the battery. That may not be true for other people. Also, the tips are noted for melting when certain e-juices are in the tank. There's a list on here somewhere with the names of some of the juices, but a member suggested to me that I get a steel tip from gotvapes to have just in case. I'm glad I did, because the cinnamon juice I was vaping killed the tip in about 2 weeks.

yeah cracking was one of my only concerns with my vision clearomizers, thats why ihave not tried my fireball juice yet.though the vendor i bought them from mentions that these should not crack. ihave considered the vivi novas and will probably try one soon. also been considering getting a phiniac tank, but the price tag is alittle high for the moment. there are easily lots of options out there to give a shot before i am ready to settle for one thing.

always lots of great advice here.

I think im going to start trying to get involved with CASSA ,but one step at a time.
There is no way I could possibly encourage you enough to do this.
CASAA is not only supportive of us and our cause, they ARE us and they live and breathe our cause.

Nobody else fights for us, so it is up to us to fight for ourselves, and our rights to live our lives without smoking.
And when it comes to fighting for ourselves, as noted previously, CASAA IS us.

They are completely non-profit, made up of members from this very community.
And they need ALL the help they can get to fight those that would prefer we go back to smoking.
