The FDA won't ban just find some junk science to justify taxing at the same rate as cigarettes. On top of the fact that most good juice company's won't make the compliance, permitting, or application fees/costs. Leavening us with crap juice from BT owned company's.

The laws will follow the ban(s)/regulations. If the Tobacco & Firearms agency enforces it, it will probably be a serious offense to try to import the banned hardware/e-juices/nicotine ...etc.

The OP isn't in the USA. The OP is in Isreal. I'm not sure how it all works over there, but if money is as important there as it is here in the USA, then the Isreali government is likely threatening the worst (ban) to make taxation look like a compromise. Kind of what I think the USA is ultimately going to do. There's money to be made, so it's up to what the real priorities are of Isreal's government. Over here, I know the priority is money.

Governments are in a bind because they don't know what to do with e-cigs. BUT, you can bet your .... that they intend to spend a lot of our money finding out. Right now here in the US, the FDA is funding 43 different studies trying to find a way/reason to regulate them out of existence.

Actually it does concern us here because our health ministry will always use the same excuse saying that "Even the FDA wanted to put restrictions on ecigs"

Money is always the highest priority when it comes to governments , here in Israel they probably noticed how the American vaping community grew large to over 1 Million vapers , so large that it can not be stopped , so they want to cut us down before we will gain enough power to threat them that we will not vote to anybody who tries to stop vaping .

Also you must understand that many ministries sees America as a model to how democracy is suppose to be like .
If we go tell our health ministry that their plan to ban vaping is fascists , they will tell us "we want to protect you , same way as the FDA protects the american people"
