My teeth hurt

my teeth are sore some mornings , it's an odd sore , not just one tooth or another , but ALL the way around , mostly on top.

I had to have a crown restored then some bone surg. right as I started to vape ....
and my dental night guard doesn't fit right so I'm not wearing it ...
I have been to my Perio guy several times since I have started vaping .

And we think "what is up " ... is that I am gritting my teeth @ night , NIC will make ya do that .

That's why it is mostly in the am & mostly on the mornings that I had had a hard time sleeping ...

so maybe your having the same problem ?? I do about 12mg and carry the a pv always ...

Are you guys NOT having a hard time sleeping ? I am & my hours are totally screwed up now.

I personally do not have increased insomnia. But I tend to stay up later than I should because I miss my pv when I lay down for the night!

I am just the opposite. I use to stay up late because once I came in from the cold garage I couldn't smoke anymore. Now that I can vape in bed, I find I'm going to bed much earlier and, therefore, waking much earlier. I haven't had any insomnia issues.

How long did it take for your achey teeth and gums to subside? I'm acheyyyy.
