I've had my Tornado for about 3 months now and one of the two batteries has stopped working. When I push the button it still turns on but when i hook it up to an atomizer it doesnt produce any smoke. I heard raising the center of the battery helps the battery make contact with the atomizer again, and the problem comes from overtightning the atomizer (which i did until i figured out it was a problem)

How to I raise the center post back up? With something plastic? Is there a way to open the battery and push it in from the backside? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I wouldn't recommend opening up the battery. For one thing, from what you say it's likely the atomizer. A few things you can do - one is to pick up one side of the center post from the atomizer and bunch up the silicone it's sitting in, do the other side, to build it up and then press the center post back in place - not too deep.
