dr,

You are giving other people more power over you than they think they have.

This is meaningless. Big Pharma funded front groups peddling flavored gums and lozenges and candy for $59.76 at WalMart will try the same stupid human social engineering tricks that coerced and tortured smokers to quit with e-cigs. It's a billion dollar racket.

Ignore them. You can still vape anywhere you want no matter what they do. In public, just don't exhale a big vapor cloud.

Non vaping hotel room? It's odorless. Good luck enforcing that one. It's odorless. How about trying to enforce a non-.........ing hotel room.

How would anyone know if you sat in the Dean's office and vaped with nobody there? If you walked around campus with something in your mouth how do they know its not a straw or a pen?

They are pissing up a flagpole.

I would encourage them to pass more stupid rules that can be ignored. It makes life more fun.

It won't help them sell gum.

PS: It's ugly out there. Liars and frauds everywhere. Gubmint is no exception. Be careful.

More like a vape In.
I can understand if they ban it indoors, class, cafe, student center, etc. That could cause issues with professors and other students.
But this is ridiculous.

The reason they are banning it campus wide is because people did and do smoke them indoors, in class, in cafe's, in student centers, etc... people smoke E-cigs literally everywhere and granted it probably should be legal but if i'm sitting in a movie theater or a classroom and nobody can see the presentation because a giant cloud of smoke i just blew is everywhere it becomes an issue. By virtue of there being any issue at all there are zealots who will push for a ban everywhere, and because the vast majority of people don't give a crap about e-cigs or smoking period, majority rules and you get a campus wide ban. It sucks, but what are you gonna do. There are people who use almost anything irresponsibly and these people end up screwing it up for everybody else, and in turn there are people who are reactionary and overreact to everything. It's the way of the world, get used to it. Sit-ins just make you look like a bunch of hippies who don't have anything better to do that sit around and complain.
