My USB pass through puts out 5 volts and 2 amps...

I use the kr808 and a 901 atomizer. my USB pass-through hits great. My batts put out about 2.7 volts and I am unsure of the amperage. Is there a battery for the 808 that puts out about 5 volts and 2 amps? Or a battery that comes closer to it?

Check out battery mods. The amps won't be listed becasuse that changes with the resistance of your atty/carto.
