My USB PT isn't working anymore

I just got my order from V4L on Thursday. At first my PT worked perfectly, but this morning it started only working after trying to puff on it 2 or 3 times. By tonight it is closer to having to do 12-15 puffs to make it actually work. Has anyone else had this happen and does anyone know a way I can fix it? Can it be a loose connection or something?

I think it is the wire at the junction with the e-cig. Mine is starting to fail also....after just a week. I found that if I spin it a little to get the wire to reposition....I can get it working. But I think it is just a matter of time....

try and clean inside and around the post, you may have flooded it and now the dried juice is making it stick.

pm mark or val (rocks82 (i think)) if it doesnt work.

i use a zip tie to secure the wire to the PT, others use glue, either way it helps alot. and hey if all else fails check out V4L's new and improved PT.

Yeah.....I plan to get the new model. It looks more robust.....

I messaged SMILIN Steve about it and it's amazing how nice and helpful he is. I'm going to buy the new one and he said he would send me a replacement extra to go with it. I've never experienced such caring customer service.

There's no flooding in it I can see, and gluing it I don't think will help unless I'm lucky and get it in a position that is working. I would have done that to being with had I known heh.

My new 5volt passthrough had the rubber switch come out bur I taped a piece of plastic in it and it's working like a champ again.

I don't know how to open it to make sure the wiring is secure, so I really don't know how to tell what is wrong with it. I may experiment with it when I get a new one, but I'm afraid I'll ensure it never works again period (let alone one in twelve times) if I try to open it up.

You need more than 1, order 1, and make a note in comments, and I will send 2these BLOW away the old style, and are mucho more expensive to make. Let V4L make ya happy

Steve ... i recently I had the same issue and sent you guys an email yesterday. I was wanting to order the new auto PT's when they were in stock but was also waiting for a response from V4L. Should I also put in the notes my situation when I am ready to order?
