V4L Passthrough with USB plug: Output of 2A @ 5vDC (10 watts) is safe for all currently existing cartomizers. Anything over 2A of current deliverly is fine, as long as it is truly delivering at least 1.8A. Yes, Virginia, it could be capable of delivering 2 trillion amps and it'd still be fine. 2A is also known as 2000mA,
Charging a V4L battery: Only a smart and protected LiIon single-cell charger is permissible, under _any_ circumstance. The charger must not deliver more than 100mA peak [current limited] with current chemistries.
