thanks, i used metal pipe with same diameter hole. just stick it through the foam, after that just pull out the middle piece with small plier. you'll have nice and perfect size hole. Foam is the best choice for me. it protect my glass tanks.

Oh, yeah Not thought about that good idea, I like my Wood one for my Clearomizers and my Box one for my flavors, Like said whatever works for you. I am not trying to come up with a easy to take with you. my wife likes keeping different flavors in each clearomizer.

Have and old Ipod case that i use that stores 5-6 bottles of 10ml fluid and an webbed section that holds 5-6 various tank setups. Makes it easy to switch a flavor on the go and still fits in a pocket. Didn't even have to buy a case just used what was lying around. Look around you guys might have some stuff lying around that could serve as a travel "pouch" hehe
