MoonMan, I'm trying to think of what I can cannibalize to come up with those copper tabs but all I'm getting is a sputtering brain fart. From what did you get your copper?

It was just a part of some thing I had laying around. It was some kind of electrical component.

Here's an idea - cut out a strip from a pop can and fold it to make it thicker or a strip from a tin can and use that.

I have aluminum coil stock with a textured PVC coating (for making fascia and other house trims) that will work perfectly well. More "grippy" than a piece of plain metal would be but I know I've got copper like you used around here somewhere, in something. It's just driving me batty because I can remember in what or where.

MoonMan this looks sweet. A question: How do you connect the atomizer connector to the box? Did you drill somewhere to make it solid? I was thinking of sing epoxy, but they don’t stick to plastic, so I am little concerned about the atomizer moving in. I saw on a picture of other mode that someone put the switch behind the connector and anchored the connector to the switch. This looks pretty solid to me. If the switch is at he front I guess you cannot do that.

I know JB Weld will work, and I don't see why epoxy wouldn't. Most people use epoxy as far as I know.

I've been using high-temp hot glue so far for all my mods. It's surprisingly durable, but eventually I plan to move onto using JB Weld - I just don't have any right now.
