First off I want to extend a big Thank you to Puck for a great tutorial!
Recently I posted the story of my first month smoke free and in it I mentioned wanting to make a backup PV using everything from around my home. Came very close Only thing I could not find and had to order was a 510 battery connector (around $1.40 from madvapes). Why 510 Instead of DIY 902 mentioned in Pucks Tutorial, Simple I Wanted to use Fluxomizer I already had rather than buying something with 902 connector. The Box I used came from 2 (1 white & 1 black) MP3 speaker system
I had received for free and never worked very well. I was able to use quite a bit from them and found the rest in my parts bins. I used pucks mod with NiMH batteries for the same reasons he outlines - You can buy them anywhere locally, charge very fast, 4AAA puts out around 4.8v, safe and in a pinch can be substituted with regular AAA batteries. Also had several sets lying around.
I used only the black one and everything came together very easily I been using it for the past 8 hours only so unsure how long my batteries will last before needing to be recharged. In those 8 hours great warm vape, great TH, and clouds and clouds. Hopefully the pictures I try and attach work.
Thank you for reading and I hope you like what I made (remember be gentle I'ts my first time)
