Hi guys!

Just ordered my starter kit today :2cool:

  • 2 x e-cig black battery 1300 mAh
  • 2 x EVOD black e-liquid container
  • 1 USB charger
  • 1 wall adapter
  • 1 case for storing the kit

It came already with some 10ml eliquid and I ordered some mix of 5x10ml of fruits/mints/tobacco/etc from Dekang brand and RY6 MG HangSen Premium.

I got also 2 different atomizers of 1.5 Ohm and 2.5 Ohm for trying out a bit for myself.

Besides it I also got a Boge Ultra Light Single Kit that resembles a normal cigarette, mainly for its portability (smoking in bars/clubs/etc) might come in handy I guessed.

Would love to hear your feedback.
Any tips, advices or recommendations would be appreciated!

That is a might fine kit you got there. You'll love the EVODs - good performers and generally maintenance free (except having to switch out the coil units from time to time) - and getting two batteries was a very good idea (although 1300 mah should last you all day).

I think you'll find the cig-a-like will see light duty as the EVOD setup will outperform it any day of the week.

Congrats on joining the forum and welcome to the tribe :toast:

Good start. I wasn't clear if you got variable voltage or not. It makes a big difference in vaping, as you can customize the heat to conform to the coil and the juice. Backups to backups is rule number one in vaping. I love the evods my first 5 - 6 months. One of the best clearos out there, imho. I did move up to carto tanks after my clearo adventure, and then now to RBA's, with each move an improvement in vape flavor and throat hit and vapor. It takes what it takes to learn the various gear in a somewhat predictable evolution of both gear and knowledge and skill. As all that is going on, perhaps the toughest thing is to find good ADV (all day vapes) juices that you like. I began DIY very early in my Journey, and eventually learned to make good juice, and it added to the adventure and the quality of my vaping. Good luck in your VapeQuest. Power up and Vape On!

Welcome aboard! Thats a nice kit. I started with basically the same kit. You might want another charger tho. I was running thru a battery and a half a day/night, so I needed to charge both while I was sleeping! I'll send you [2] usb chargers free of charge if you like? Just email me at [diskobean@gmail.com]! Ive moved on from my Ego stuff so the chargers are yours if you want them. And the quicker you get into the vv/vw stuff, the better your vaping experience will be, at least thats what happened for me :)

Happy Vaping!

Thanks! If you or someone could answer some questions I would be very grateful:
Which kind of ecigs do you use with variable voltage? DIY ? or mod's like the provari?
I only got different Ohm atomizers, do I still will feel great difference between them?
What's a RBA ?
What's the mix of your juice (pg-vg) ?
pg vs vg in general (optimal mixes, pros and cons of each) ?

For variable voltage, there are many choices. You could get something as simple as an Ego Twist or a Vision Spinner. You could get an mvp2, a iTaste vv, a vamo, provari, svd, and the list goes on. All different price ranges.

You will probably be able to tell a difference in the different resistance atomizers. The lower resistance will give you a more powerful warmer vape, higher will give you a cooler less intense vape. You will have to see which you like best.

An RBA is a rebuildable atomizer. For these, you make your own coils with kanthal (usually) and wicks (usually silica rope, cotton, stainless steel mesh, hemp, etc...). Usually people get into these a little later in their vaping adventure. Unless you are already familiar with batteries, and ohms law, and stuff like that, there is a lot to learn.

My liquid is usually 50% VG, 46% PG, 4% vodka.

PG is thinner, let's through more throat hit and flavor. VG is thicker, produces more vapor, and can be a bit smoother (can somewhat mask throat hit and flavor).

Which ones between the less expensive would you recommend, if you had to chose one or two ?

Anyone who has a vv/vw can also give some recommendations on these or other ones.

Personally, I have an mvp2, a vamo, and a provari. They are all good. In order from most to least favorite I would rank them 1. provari, 2. MVP2 3. vamo. IMO, the MVP2 is probably the best value in terms of features and vape quality. Provari is better build quality, possible to have repaired, etc... But you do pay for that.

I do not not have an svd, but I've used one. Based on my limited experience with it, I'd put it between the MVP2 and the Vamo. I have not tried an Itaste vv, but many people like them.

I also have not tried a spinner or a twist, but they are very popular step up devices. One advantage of these is they are not as big as the others listed. If that's a concern for you.

Thanks for your attention!

I've checked a bit on the MVP2.

The Variable Voltage of the MVP is adjustable from 3.3 to 5.0 volts in .1 volt increments. Wattage is selectable from 6 watts to 11 watts in .5 watt increments.

Are these good values? I am clueless.

If you have any idea of them values don't hesitate to post as well. Also a good cheap store you know that possibly ship to Europe would be greaaaat. :)

I'll have to let someone else tackle the euro information. I don't know much about what you have over there.

Here in the US, an MVP goes for $40-$60, a Vamo V5 will run around $35-$40, a provari goes for about $170ish. The spinners and twists come in different sizes. A good price for a 2 battery kit with 2 clearomizers would probably be about $60-$70.

I'm currently buying stuff on this DK website, they ship to Portugal in 2 days for 5,50€ (7.4$)

ITASTE MVP V2 - SORT KULFIBER

Their MVP 2 is for 75$ :(

Started off with a V2 cigs standard kit, it was an okay introduction into vaping i guess. Then i got two ego style batteries and had them for few months, they were better with longer battery life but it left me still looking for more. I just placed an order for an Innokin iTaste SVD, cant wait for it to get here:D!!! Heard good things about it hope its good.
