My Vivi Nova stopped working on my way to work! My KGO blinked 6 times and no vapor. Replaced the coil head with another one, and washed the one that stopped working. Didn't throw it away...I was hoping it'll work again after I washed it. Came home from work, put on the coil head that stopped working and wah-lah! It's working again, LoL.

Just wanted to share my little vivi nova story for the weekend.

Can you do a dry burn with juice in it still? I guess what I'm saying is the only way to clean it off is wash it and dry burn or is there a method of burning the juice off and it'll dry burn same time?assuming the tanks 1/4-1/2

I say take the silicon cap off, carefully unscrew the head with your fingernail or something, take the head off wash it etc. Screw it back on and dry burn.

I think most that use soda for soaking prefer the diet variety due to no sugar. But then again, if you rinse it well...prolly doesn't matter.

Also used....Denture cleaner, Vinegar, Vinegar and baking soda, baking soda water, water, ISO, PGA, vodka, Lemon juice, ultrasonic cleaners, ....

not all at once! Rinse well and dry well. With or without "dry burns" (Stresses the coil if done dry...a resurrection method IMO).

You're forgetting peroxide...

I don't like Vivi heads. My 1.8 head has only 2 turns glowing. I left it overnight in all kinds of possible liquids. Switched to the 2.4 ohm head. I wonder if it doesn't have a severed end.

I'm not an expert but I don't think you would get any glow if one end wasn't connected. BTW: I am loving my viva nova mini with a 1.8 head on it vaping @ 3.7

Thanks very much. I get a really good lifespan out of the heads but there's one I'd like to try resurrect.

It's great how inexpensive vaping can be. The vivi nova really helps with that. Right now I vaped a cream de menthe whatever it's called juice about a tank full. It started to irritate me so I just washed the head under the sink, dried the wicks, did a few dry burns etc and switched to a kiwi juice and I can't even tell there was a mint juice in there. I'm thinking I did about 6 tank fulls so far with this head I rebuilt and it's still working great. When it gives out it'll only cost me a few cents to rebuild it again.
