My ViVi nova is not very friendly...

So, I ordered the ViVi nova set and got it about 8 days later. I anxiously filled the tank and got ready to do some serious vaping. I went to screw the mouth piece back on and found that it was really loose. I took the mouthpiece off and inspected the place where you put the liquid in. Looked good, the grooves all looked normal. I wiped it down, thinking that maybe the e-juice was making it slick and went to put the mouthpiece on again. I started twisting it on and when it got to the end, or where I thought it would stop, and was still able to twist it. Not wanting to damage my new toy, I carefully twisted the top off again. This time, there was a thread like string that came off with the mouth piece. I thought maybe I had stripped the threads, even though I was extra careful to not do just that. After a bunch of times screwing the mouthpiece on and off again I realized that the mouthpiece grooves seemed a tiny bit bigger (or looser) than the threads on the tank (or place that you put the juice in. What gives?
Has anyone else had this problem?

mine was loose also, but after a while it fit better, dont know why. That piece loose of silica comes with most of them, or at least with all the ones I got. I dont know why they place that extra piece of silica, I just took it out and threw it away. I just used another drip tip that fit tighter. If you look into your drip tip there is probably a small clear tube, it might be up higher so you have to look. That piece of tubing is meant to go in between the head of the atomizer part and part of the end of the drip tip.I think that when its placed correctly the drip tip fits better and its not so loose. Its a small detail only a few have noticed this keeps juice from going down the center of the atomizer to avoid leaking.

Make sure you fill your Vivi up to the line on the tank, it says you can put more in but if you go higher than that it tends to leak a bit and gurgle a bit. As you use up your juice make sure to keep the wicks wet by tipping it around, dont hold it upside down or too far on its side. Also, remember that with all atomizers, you might get new wick taste, which some say is bad to just" off" vapour production might not be as much as you see on videos and the flavour might be muted , but that will also get better as you break it in. This might be from a few dozen puffs to a whole tank. Hope you enjoy.
