Nothing will ever be able to replicate the taste of a cigarette, other than the cigarette itself. It varies among everyone, your best bet, probably your only bet, is to experiment until she finds a flavor that she likes.

I can recommend a flavor, but it doesn't mean she's going to like it or agree with my tastes.

Backwoods Brew Menthol tobacco - you can get it in light, medium, or strong menthol. Since she likes the smooths, I would recommend a medium or light menthol.

The smooths have a kind listerine strip minty menthol taste to me. You won't get the right tobacco flavor, but the mint flavor may be attainable. Maybe wintergreen with a small amount of peppermint and menthol?

yeah that sounds about right i was never even able to taste the tobacco in smooths so i doubt shell miss it much

madvapes minthol might do it, has a good mellow minty taste to me, taste is subjective though and youll never find something that exactly matches up with a cigarette

Arctic Ice by Vaporbomb is a very menthol flavor. I agree with others though, a peppermint or spearmint might work well.

Unfortunately as far as I am aware it is not possible to get an e liquid that resembles an exact flavor of tobacco. From my experience most companies tend to just make an E liquid similar to the taste of tobacco and just name it after any brand. What I would suggest for your wife is a 16mg tobacco E liquid and see how she makes out with that

Actually, I just bought a juice called "Smooth" from BlueMist Vaping (VERY cheap!), and it is delicious! Tobacco base, super intense minty menthol, and a hint of chocolate! I love this stuff, vaping it right now actually!

She has to want to quit. She'll find a flavor she likes, if she wishes to try. There's hundreds, if not thousands of flavors.

OTOH, If you plan to encourage vaping, just start griping about the money cigs are costing "us".....

The closes I have found is Liberty Flights PG version, "Home Counties". A very smooth tobacco flavor.
