Yes, they do. I use nothing but the 901 carts and attys on my Xhaler. The 510's get hot too quick for me :)

Perfect !!!! Exactly what I was hoping to hear. I think I will go ahead and order one this weekend - how's the shipping ? Quick I hope - I'm only 36 hours into the no cig craze and having a pretty tuff time, but hanging in there !

I ordered last night.... Freakin' holiday and already got a shipping notice this morning. I'm in SW Florida and I usually get them in 2-3 days depending on holidays/weekends.

I too bought a couple SD's when I started (and a bunch of small crap too) HOW I wish I had just started with a higher volt mod! Could've saved a fortune!

Nice thing about the Xhaler is with a couple adapters you can try all the different atty/carto/batty combos... I use 901's tho :)

Thanks Laurel - wow - this place is so great for information and just to hang out. Just like you - I got some cheap piece of crap ( cost me around $125 ) - what a letdown - but my fault for not researching better - then I found the SD and thought that would solve all my problems - I really like the SD and the first hit in the morning is PERFECT - then it just drops off from there - some hits - NOTHING - it drives me crazy. I only hope he xhaler creates a hit in the back of my throat like a sledge hammer !

Oh, it will. And if you are like most (including myself) you will find you need to lower your nic level or it will knock you on your .... :)

That's what I like to hear - but there's no doubt in my mind ( or throat ) that I can handle it - honestly no doubt. Realistically I can smoke a cigar, pipe, non filter analog - basically anything - deeply inhale and enjoy every single hit -- and that's why I've got to have something like the Xhaler !!!!

I think I will go ahead and order one this weekend - but do you happen to know if the DSE 901 atty will work on this - I have a ton of those and the 901 carts - sure would save me some money if I didn't have to buy those to.

Thanks - Tom

Yes it will, that's all I use on it.

Good question, dgriego, I'd also like to know how the charge is. 75 bucks is kind of a lot for a couple of batteries in a tube...but if it works like the video I just saw posted by needvapor, I'm in. I have 510 atomizers (and I just ordered more...need to wait a while before splurging on more equipment), but I wonder how well they work.

Just as a sidebar, I used my old Blu atomizers (the only good thing in the Blu set, other than the PCC) on my 510 batteries...it worked quite well for dripping. HOWEVER, some of them got sort of melted. No joke, the sides on some of them look dented in, but they still work. Still. I'm amazed. Anyway, my 510 batteries are not all they were cracked up to be. I can burn through a fully charged (regular, not mega) battery in about 15 minutes of chain vaping.

--Desperately Seeking Vapor

The initial investment would be worth about 2 cartons, but this thing is built to last. And due to it's simple design and no solder, it looks like parts would be easy to replace, if need be (will be a long time for that)

I got my new Xhaler in yesterday, BUT I burned up two atty's within 3 minutes - I made sure the atty was good and wet - only did 2-3 second hits on the button and made sure I had the bottom knob turned in tight to assure 5 Volts - I only have 2 attys left that fit my screwdrivers, so I can't risk burning up those on the Xhaler - as much as I want this to work, because I really do need and want a HV - this could get very expensive burning through atty's like this. I did go ahead and order some 801s - I read here that the 801s seem to do better on the HV POs !! Those won't get here until at least Monday, so the Xhaler goes on the shelf until then :(

I tell you something - IF someone could figure out a way to make atomizers last - at least for several months instead of weeks, days, hours, or even minutes as in my case - they could get very, very wealthy. I'm not good at all at stuff like that - not even making a Mod. I'm sure this is gonna happen at some point. If this could ever happen and the only real expense we had after the initial investment would be the juice - how great would that be !!!!!

I have noticed that Nhaler sells HV 510 attys. I didn't see any mention in this post or the xhaler guide about using the HV attys. Would this solve the problem of regular 510 attys overheating since they are designed for that? If I am reading it correctly the HV attys take about 2V off the source voltage. So if I used 2 3.7V batteries to make 7.4V would that get me close to 5V and make the atty last longer?

If found the answer to this question and more here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/nhaler/57002-high-voltage-atomizers.html THANKS!

That makes sense to me - however, I have the 5 volt system with the two 3.0 volt batteries, so if I used a HV atty - and it cuts 2 volts, I'd wind up with 3.0 volts, and I'd be better off with what I have now at 3.7 ?

I blew 4 in the beginning. What appeared to be the problem is the LiFePO4-whatever batteries, I can only think that they spike when they're new. Try using them before the light on the charger goes green-the first few times.

Is there anyone out there who used brand new Lithium batteries the first times and didn't blow attys?

Folks. The charger is set up to stop charging the batteries at 3.7 volts. It doesn't matter if you have the bottom cap tight or loose. Your first idk maybe 10 drags your going to be vaping at 7.4 volts?? when your batteries are fresh, try holding the button down for only 1-2 seconds at at time while inhaling in between. You will get good tasting vapor and save your attys. Try it. Hope this helped you.

I have 5 sets of those batteries, and never once killed an atomizer (I use 510s). I'm not sure what you mean by spike?

Seriously looking at the xhaler. Like the mechanical switch and ability to switch between attys, batteries, and even volts using the bottom switch.

1. What is the experience of anyone who has used it for more than a couple of weeks? Is there anything you have found out about the xhaler with continued or extended use? It's one thing to post a thread or video when you first get it out of the box, but what's the relationship like in the long run?

2. How often are you having to pull maintenance on it, and how difficult is it to do in real life? And I've already read about the coating the switch with the aluminum wire stuff from ace.

3. Does anyone have experience using 6v on this with the hv 510 attys? One of the things that appeals to me about this is the ability to throttle back to 5v with a fresh charge and loosen the cap later on to get maximum use out of the batteries without popping an atty.

4. Does anyone have another hv (or other) mod besides the xhaler, and how would you compare the two? I've heard good things about the xhaler, but every design has strengths and flaws. Has anyone moved from the inhaler to primarily using another device, and why?

Thanks in advance for answering all of the questions.
