I originally signed up on this forum to complain about myfreedomsmokes.com but now would like instead to share that they have made things right. The USPS lost my shipment and I spoke with Dustin who said I needed to contact the post office. The owner has agreed to ship me a new product. I do enjoy their flavors and usual speedy delivery and am happy I do not have to take my business elsewhere. If it shows up I will pay for it but after a week long search that doesn't seem likely. Thanks for doing the right thing!
