You can try washing down/swabbing your pin with alcohol to see if any
e-liquid and got "stuck" down. You could also try (gently!) prying the connection up with a tool that would fit, to see if it springs back into place. Much more than that, *I* personally wouldn't try, although you may get answers that give you a few more options for correcting it.
If you are unsuccessful, I would probably consider a replacement or warranty (if it's still in the warranty period). Best of luck I hope you get it sorted out.
