Hello Health Cabin, there has been in the last month or so a lot of misconceptions and a few problems with boge. We seem have narrowed down that the problems is certainly not the vendors but the manufacturer/s that produce Boge cartos. We found that Boge has opened up more factories because of the high demand , but not all the plants are putting out the same product. THere seems to be two very different packages of cartos. We will call one #1: these are the typical original package we were used to, they came with one large condom and one small condom and a little plastic stopper on the connecting end. The other we will call #2 , they come with 2 loosly fitting condoms and no stopper.

#1 are the quality everyone was used to, they wick fast, they last thru average of 6-9ml of juice, they could be washsed and reused at least twice. This is the quality that gave boge their reputation and following in the vaping community.

#2 are tightly bound, which makes for longer wicking if they even ever get going. These contain many more "Duds" or DOAs. Sometimes giving only a few hours or a day of really good vape, depending on juice. Sometimes even with known carto friendly juice they sometimes have burned out after a few puffs.

I believe there is a photo on a thread, I will find it and post it that shows the physical differences in the threads and vents around the connection. Since about half the community have ended up with the bad #2 and the other with the #1 boge its been hard to know where they are coming from. Even with the same vendor some people have ended up with both the types. We are trying to see which vendors are selling the good ones. I know that surevapes has sent out some good ones and some bad ones. I got a bad set, and others who ordered at same time got good ones. I have a local vendor in the area that has the good ones in stock all the time, but unfortunately they are not an online company and not everyone can get them there.
So now comes the big favor that I and many others would like to have answered by you. I know you are in china and logically we would assume you are closer the manufacturers. Which ones do you have in stock? Do you have the #1s with the one long and one short condom and the little stopper on thread end or the other. It would be kinda simple to just open the box as they are not sealed to just take a peak? I know this is a LOT to ask, but if you cant I understand. I also understand that we will find out when we get our order in, but even if you have the good one this time , that doesn't mean the next shipment you get in wont be the bad ones . Being closer to the manufacturer maybe you can request the good ones? If people could know this I think you might corner the market on the cartos. We as customers will be able to buy with security and recommend your site as a safe place to buy reliable Boge quality. Please let us know what you think of this and if you could let us know which ones you have in stock.

I just asked Boge manufacturer about the packaging of 510D carto. They told us that they have only one kind of package for 510D.
If possible, could you send me 2 pictures of 2 different packaging?

Boge says there are no differences but you can see there is.
Again this is not to attack any particular vendor or definitely NOT to accuse Health Cabin or any vendor, we as users are ver confused and dissapointed in what was so many their favorite cartomizer. Very well known reviewers on Youtube such as PBusardos ranted on the quality and love of their beloved Boges, even he is making statements on what the heck is happening to them. I just got my package today, I opened it up, inspected contents, everything was there and all products are as they were described thank you. I immediately inspected the Boges. I got 4 boxes, all were properly labeled. I took out one carto and I was a bit disappointed as they were all the #2 type as far as the condoms. Ripped one open and it looked the same as the other (#2) physically. I was already sort of expecting the worse. I used the condom method to fill, they seemed to be more absorbent than most of the ones Ive used.I punched them as I always do, 2 holes at bottom one on top. I put a few drops in the actual holes and watched the juice get sucked up. I was feeling cautiously hopeful. The center hole was right on center as Ive had some that were off center and those never seemed to vape smoothly or consistently. I slipped it into my tank filled it up to top. I tapped the tank against palm of hand as I always to to get any air out just in case. The bubbles were rushing out in a mass. I was feeling hopeful as in some of boges lately took a lot of work getting the air out and juice to get saturated. So here came the big moment. I took my first draw. Perfect. Ive been hitting this hard for a while now, and so far no dry hits, no odd taste, no bacon or burnt taste.
So after all this, this batch of boges is making me feel hopeful. Again this is only the first one Ive used out of the 20 I ordered but it seems like so far a better experience. The last batch of 25 I got elsewhere were bad from beginning. Im crossing my fingers and hoping that the BOgE people have got it right, and if they have it will take a while till all the US vendors get an influx of these. So if in the future you get the ones with the same size condoms( which were tight this time) dont be alarmed right away, cause they just might be the good ones. I did notice the polyfill felt different, softer and this might be the reason they are soaking up the juice better, or maybe they didnt use any sort of additive. I will keep you posted. I have an update on the boges. Again ,this has NOTHING to do with Health Cabin, they are FANTASTIC people and do their BEST for their customers. HEALTH CABIN is GREAT.
Now there seems to be a 3rd type ( that ive found, there might be more?) These have 2 short condoms but they are tight. They are fluffier and wick quicker. The center of the carto where the wire wick is larger. The connection threads are different and the hole is bigger. First one I used seemed to work fine. The others so far have been gurgling and going dry. I have to fiddle around to keep them going. I do dry hits to draw up the juice and then I have to clean out the juice that floods either at the drip tip or thru the bottom. I have no idea what is going on. If you read the statement from Boge and they insist there have been no changes, that there is only ONE plant, but I found a post on an other forum that was supposedly from boge saying they had more than one plant. So who is right? Im new and had not had a lot of experience, but there are users out there that have been using Boges for years and swore by them. THere are others who have not had any problems and not seen any of the OTher boges with the different size condoms etc. Just confused and frustrated and on the edge of giving up on Boge. I have the new Kanger ce4 atty/tank they are awesome easy great , but I dont like the way they look, I have royal smokers clearomizers, work great, but again hate the way they look. I am on a waiting list for the Zen-U atty now, and even with having to rebuild and wire and wick etc you at least only do that once a month or so. I will post photos of all the cartos after I get my camera and micro lens set up.

Im my desperation, I ordered a vivi nova V2 with the short re-buidible wicks. I just hope im not getting into something else that is going to either be more frustrating or even worse, I will love it and they will change it, or maybe they already have gone bad, by bringing out the V2. Oh dang

anavid, it's a total crap shoot recently. made to keep us coming back i think. I feel sorry for long time reputable vendors like amy that are carrying inferior products from the manufacturer. That's why i support Amy as my one stop shopping for other items like juice, accessories, etc. I'm vaping an older 510 reg atomizer right now that has been going flawlessly for over a week with every juice i throw at it at 5 volts dripping. maybe the no names (not mislabeled knockoffs) are the way to go these days. They are probably using the old tried and true method of K.I.S.S

Well, its true as you stated juicefreak, and its sad, butI hope Health Cabin does carry the Vivi Nova 2.5 cause it is so good and so easy to set up. I did the dry burn by putting juice on the wicks and a tiny drop on coil. Pressed button till the coil glowed red, filled it up and it was good. I need to use it a few more days to decide if it is better than a good boge in a good glass tank, but so far its MUCH better than the Kanger CE4 rebuildable. SO much better and consistant flavor and vape, no dry or plastic burny taste and you can hold it upside down and lay it on its side. They kanger handicaps you as there is no compartment that keeps the juice from spilling out of drip tip. I will keep you all updated, as all this might change in couple days.

avid, i don't have a vivi nova tank, but you could prob home brew a cap on the top to keep the juice from coming up the mouth piece, with spare parts you have laying around. i punched some cartos that wouldn't wick at all in my tank, so i cut the ends of a condom to cover the punch hole and vape outside the tank. unfortunately it was one of the crap cartos so i chucked it anyway, but the condom covered it fine with no leaks. you could probably rig up a cap with spare parts to cure that problem.

Oh there is no issue with the novas leaking, it was the Kanger ce4 that does not have anything to keep the juice in. I did have an idea to take one of the white silicone caps that come on cartos and putting it up close to the mouth piece of the kanger so that it will stop the juice from leaking out. Im gonna give it a try, just worried it might hinder the airflow. I will probably glue it one with some sort of silicone glue, and make the vents on the kanger bigger so that it compensates for the air flow. I will update this soon. I got a box of ten boge cartos form vaporbeast, and so far they are doing great. Only thing I am only making 2 holes instead of 3. With the heat seems my 50/50 juice gets much more liquid and was tending to flood.

i got some smoke teck 1.7 resurrector jr and they work great, soak up the juice and flow nicely. Only thing to watch for is they being 1.7 they run a bit hotter, so when youve not used them for a few hours or over night , you must do a dry pull a couple times cause they get dry on top. I burned one out one morning when I fired it up. I forgot about the heat and spark puff, yuck. I keep it upside down if I put id down over night. I also got a couple of the Ikenvapes 510 cartos and they are nice, but they take a long time to fill, the filling is real dense. I punched 3 holes and it flowed fine for a while but got really tight. Im gonna try to clean it and see if it will soften out. They are much more expensive so I dont know about continuing them as a replacement for the boges. I have to see if maybe I got Ikenvapes at a lower ohm which might account to the tight draw and dryness.
