I have a leak on my SL LP Grand that I can't locate. After monitoring and cleaning up, I've isolated The leak to inside the delron cover. I replaced the fill tube and made sure everything is tight. Is there another area I could tighten or check that I've missed? Within about 30 minutes of putting it all back together I will have juice at the bottom of the Grand and has leaked from both sides of the Delron cover.

Sounds like perhaps the feed tube is cracked, or the connector gasket may be leaking. I suggest purchasing and installing a rebuild kit, or if you're not comfortable with that, send it to Robert to be repaired.

Make double sure that your tube is not leaking where it goes over the feed tube. It may need a dab of glue.. ;)

When you replaced the tube did you pull the delrin cover. I've found it hard to get the tube all the way seated unless I do. I'll also suggest the drop of super glue on the pin before pushing the tube on.

Be careful when you tighten the screw of the delrin cover, only finger tip tight. Once the screw stops turning you're done, do not cinch it down that little extra

Leaking big time. Since it's up inside the delron that's why I replaced the feed tube. No juice is leaking down the feed tube. It's all inside the delron. My next step is to take delron off and see if I can determine where it's coming from. I may have to send it in.

I meant the brass feed tube which goes to the connector. I imagine it could crack if pulled or pushed too hard.

EDIT: I currently have mine apart.. I have to agree with the gasket being the culprit after looking closely at the assembly. The brass tube appears to be pretty solid.

If you dont resolve the problem send it in I will fix it . Some great tips here if it isn't leaking from the tube its one of two things broken gasket in the mod or the feed tube could be broken possibly not tight enough

I am working on a new 510 connection and feed tube for these mods going stainless and its impossible for one of these to leak
