Please forgive my ignorance but I'm a bit behind the times, ever since I've discovered the wonderful world of cartos (kr808D carto w/510 battery and adapter) I've not done much looking at the community, aside from to check on bans and bills.....

I see that there are now 510 cartos that work directly with a 510 battery, so I have some questions regarding that. The mega 510 cartos I see say they're for the mega 510 batteries... same with the mega KR808 cartos. Will these work with regular batteries? Is there a pcc out that will work with the mega 510 or mega KR808D-1 batteries? Which carto would produce more vapor/flavor? Is there a KR808D-1 auto battery with no cutoff? Is there a better PCC out there for the 510? My old steel(?) pcc is on it's last legs and I keep having to play around with some sort of shim to get my bats to charge... Any info anyone has could be helpful.

Yes, it was confirmed on the forum in writing by the Man himself. You don't need the Mega batteries.

And I hear they rock. Big, take over 1 ml of juice, and run cooler. Improved airflow, higher resistance. All good.

I use the kr8 version of the same carto and I'm very happy with them. I use 3.7v, 380 mAh manual battery for optimal performance.

Get yourself the mega 510 cartomizers, and then get yourself a mod, like the ego or xhaler and i promise you, you will be in heavy vaping cloud heaven.

add some octane or HV juice and youll be covered in clouds of vapor that it will leave your jaw dropping each time, mine still does.

along with the 510 cartomizers you can compliment the ego or xhaler or xshaler with a LR atomizer .

The ego won't do KR808 carts without an adaptor and the cone is not needed, the xhaler or xshaler would probably be a better option if you mainly want to use cartos. The mega carts, both KR808 and 510, are great...I've never been a big carto fan but these are really good and I find myself using them more and more on the xshaler. Between the two, it depends if you want the ability to run the carts at 5/6 volts, if so the xhaler will do that. The XShaler will run carts at 3.7V and you can also run the LR atty's for simulated 5volts. Either way, there are a lot of options and the battery life is such that you won't need a pcc, just keep an extra battery with you. Let us know what characteristics you are looking for and we can help nail down the better choice.
