Nails growing faster?

I never took notice of the rate at which my fingernails grew. I cut them once a week on Sundays whether they need them or not.

The brushing teeth thing I have noticed. I was usually hacking up a lung in the mornings so the toothpaste would put me over the edge to gagging and dry heaving. I don't have to brush my teeth at work anymore.

I've mentioned it before, but yes, my fingernails and hair are definitely growing faster than when I smoked.
I actually would prefer it if they would go back to growing more slowly.
