How old is your daughter? Just like traditional tobacco products, vaping products are only available to those over 18. So hopefully that's not an issue.
Some folks here (see above) will say that vaping is a good and healthy thing. Make your own informed decision, the jury is still out on health concerns; regardless of what some of the members say, there has just not been enough time based studies to prove either way.
As far as nicotine goes, believe what and who ever you want. Again, some say not addictive, other say it is; long winded discussions have ensured with no real clear outcome. 'I say its addictive', 'no, this study says it not'; 'this study says it is', 'well that study is flawed' blah blah blah. You get the picture.
One final thought; if your daughter does become a full on vapor user, it s gonna cost her money. And not the pack-a-day gum kind of money! Many ex smoker's here can attest to this; we went from $5-15 a day on cigarettes, to $5+ a day on vaping products. Or more depending on her degree of involvement, ie. if she takes it up as a 'hobby', or just vapes when she's out with friends, etc.
Just some thoughts from an almost ex smoker who likes vaping and has had an unnatural amount of nicotine in his system for over 20 years.
