I am wondering about this blackberry. Someone had said that it lingers. I wonder if this is going to be a overpowering flavor when it comes to mixing with others? I am still waiting on my Wizard Labs order to get my nic to start trying out my flavors.

I made mention that the scent does indeed linger. However, I haven't tried it yet. I need to get rid of this Kona! It's stinking up my desk :D and I have it double bagged, in a drawer!

I've been trying the flavors at 2.5% for starters. Here's what I got so far:

Blueberry - tastes very much like the blueberry found in muffins (that's what I get), though, it has a certain element to it that tastes a little, for lack of better words, off. Not necessarily bad, be aware, it clings to attys!

Cake Batter- This stuff is pretty tasty. Snack cake-y. I imagine a good cinnamon would go great with this, perhaps TFA Cinnamon Danish, or something to that degree.

Malt- This flavor is awesome. On its own, it's subtle, slightly sweet, full bodied. Mixed with (I imagine almost anything) and it brings out that flavor, making it thicker (taste, if that makes sense). For example: I drop 2 drops of straight Malt with 2 drops of TFA Double Ry4 and it's fantastic! (Gonna mix a bottle with the two today, hopefully). It really seems to bring out the caramel in the Ry4. Very excited to try this with other flavors.

That's what I've got so far. I have two bottles of plain vg/pg/nic mix that only needs flavoring (still deciding on what else to try). Any suggestions on what I should try next? I was thinking of the Chai.

Anyone evaporating the alcohol at all? Or you guys mixing it as is? If your mixing it as is how pronounced is the alcohol?

I'm mixing as is, and that might explain that slightly off taste I get from the blueberry. The other two I've tried, however, taste great.

I'm utilizing the cake batter in my Clone recipe, and it's fantastic.

Lazy me still vaping Chai. It's good. I might up the percentage but not anytime soon. Wait and see. Ill soon add some malty to a small sample of my 30 ml and compare. It's already plenty sweet to my taste. Not meaning to say Malty is sweetner. I don't see it as one. Just an enriched as far asIve read about it.
I forgot about the alcohol. I'm leaving it since its so small amount and might help preserve it longer. If I left anything uncapped anywhere I'd probably be the one to knock it over somehow forgetting about it being wherever o put it!

Those that have used the malt. Is it more just a sweet taste or is it like a whopper malt taste? I hate whoppers but the malt we got smells good.

Unfortunately I am still sitting here plotting mixing anything since I am still waiting on my nic to ship :(. Sooo I am watching here to decide what my first mixes will be :)

That carmel cappucinno sounds good.

A couple NF hints:
1) Alcohol content. I mix high flavor, typically about 20%total. Leaving a bottle totally uncapped overnight, including removing the dropper top, on a mix can help the alcohol evaporate. Having a fan blow over it can also help.

2) Steeping is critical for multi flavor nf mixes. Car capp I won't touch for 4 days, Vananaberry gets 2 weeks. I've heard some people have had success using an ultrasonic cleaner to speed it up, haven't tried it myself.

I have a mix I'm liking and decided not to mess any more with it (except to taste again and again to be sure i can still taste the berry parts) until a couple weeks. Iused Bavarian Creme, strawberry and blackberry in pretty much equal amounts. Then quit abit less of the malty. It was decent but I thought a little coconut would be interesting and it's working. I added too much coconut by accident because i had to pour instead of drip. I'll wait and see what happens after a couple weeks. I can still taste the berry part so I consider it a success. I might need to add a little more strawberry and blackberry. I did not like the strawberry alone, after adding Bavarian Creme it still just seemed like candy. Thats why I kept playing. I just smell the flavor and go from there. Once I add base and it smells good enough I vape a little (atty) and adjust. Easy way to learn the relationship flavors have to each other. This the most complex I've ever done but mainly because I don't like the strawberry much. I might not of liked the blackberry solo either. Maybe if it tastes too candy it's time to chnage it up and make the candy flavors just the background. Learn learn learn. Oh and I got coconut from Flavors apprentice. Who ever said using Virgin Vapers Caramel Creme as if it was a sweetner or something is right on for my tastes. But I love Carmel. Marshmellow is something not mentioned a lot too. Have fun you guys. I put my standing open tall glass thing in a tall glass jar with lid on it so if I knock it it'll just lean over not spill. Takes brains

Ok mixed up some Chai @ 10% will let it sit a couple of days. I also felt froggy and tried a crazy mix just to see what might happen. No reason why I did it this way just went with gut feeling and sometimes I get nice surprises.

CC 2%
Vanilla 3%
BC 2%
Cake Batter 2%
English Toffee 3%

Also had some FA Virginia mixed at 2% with a couple of drops of Black Fire in it and decided to add some Malt to it. So now we let it age .......
