Hi numba. That sounds like you are getting nic-sick(overdose). My advice would be to do exactly as you have suggested, drop down in strength. If the problem continues after dropping strength, then you may be having a reaction to the flavors or base of the liquid you are vaping, some folks are allergic to PG, some are allergic to VG, some are allergic to certain flavors. It does appear you have over done it. Let us know how switching down works out. Happy Vaping.

As has been said already, those are the precursors of a nicotine overdose. Just stop using your PV for a while and drink water, you'll be fine, no reason to get crazy and goto the hospital or anything. Yes, if you keep vaping after these symptoms, you will hurt yourself, but you did the right thing.

Switch to a lower nicotine level, and if it happens again, stop vaping for a while and switch to yet another lower level.

I've never vaped anything over 18mg myself. I use 18mg for the 'wake me up' vape, then switch to 14mg for my all day vapes. I havn't had that 'first smoke of the day' kind of thing hit me yet, but sometimes I do start to feel a little off when I end up chain vaping in front of the computer, or video games.

If you're the type that does the chain-vaping thing, then dropping to a much lower nic level for those sessions definitely sounds like a good idea.

Agree with the others. Everyone is different I frequently chain vape 24mg with no ill effects. At 18mg I was darn near ready to light up again. But you have to listen to your body, if you're feeling ill/nauseous drop the level till you hit the spot where you're not craving a smoke, and not feeling ill. Everyone is a little different:) Drop the nic level.

I felt the same way when I got carried away with my new toy. I put it down for a while and felt ok. I figured it was probably a nicotine overdose. I now use 18mg and it can still happen, so I plan to drop to 12mg if I'm going to chain vape. Know your body and know when enough is enough...when you've had enough, try Jolly Rancher candies for awhile. Each person's tolerance level is different. Good luck!
