Did you previously smoke? If not, then I'd consider you a "recreational" vaper. You probably should vape 0mg nic e-liquid.

If you did smoke, maybe you should have started with a lower nic concentration e-liquid.

For e-liquid, the typical nicotine recommendations are generally determined by how much you smoked, and are as follows:

1/2 pack per day or less = 6 mg nicotine
1 ppd = 12 mg
1 1/2 ppd = 18 mg
2 ppd = 24 mg

Should you choose to use a sub-ohm juice attachment (coil less than 1.0 ohm); drop the above recommendations by half.
What type of vape setup are you using?

Symptoms of dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, upset stomach, or jitteriness (is that even a word?) usually means you are using too much nicotine.

Since it seems tied to nicotine others have covered that.
When I quit with 11mg it didn't take much 18mg to make me feel sick. When I increased to 18mg for medical reasons I had to keep pushing that sick line without going too far over it to get a tolerance to 18mg. It took about a month. If you have no reason to use nicotine the easy answer is cut it to the minimum you need to keep you from smoking.

But because it's too hard for non-medical personnel to diagnose over the internet and you're having dizzyness you might want to look up "epley maneuver" now because if it is the crystals in your ears out of whack and it gets worse you won't be looking it up then. Even doing it poorly from memory can get you enough relief to be able to look it up when you need it, and odds are high that you eventually will need it at some point in life.
