I am having a problem finding standard shaped plastic/acrylic/delrin 510 drip tips that fit my Nautalis mini. About 80% of my 510 drip tips fit really loose in the Nautalis and I cant stand metal tips. I have ordered from several of my normal vendors and even in the same style and same batch, only about 1 out of 5 fit right and my my local B&Ms have a very scant selection of plastic tips. Can anyone point me to a source that has standard 510 tips that have a consistent tight fit? I am sick of ordering five to get one that happens to fit. I want the regular old school standard shape...not long, tailpipe, ming, or elaborate. Basically in the shape of the metal one that comes with it, but plastic.

One question did you buy an Authentic Mini or a clone? I once had that problem on a Protank 2 with just one of several tips I purchased at my local B&M. She said boil it and it will expand. Well it didn't and they wouldn't exchange it.

I have three Nautalis minis. They are all authentic. I have the same problem with each. Most of my plastic drip tips fit rather wobbly in them. Enough to be annoying. I have a few that fit snuggly, but it is rather random. I think the nautalis opening is a hair wider than 510 cartomizers, because I had the opposite problem when I used carto tanks (boge f16's) and would have to really work them to get them in and out of the cartos.
